You can create an account by clicking on the login icon at the top right of the website. Creating your account will allow you to:

  • subscribe to the Gaprastore newsletter, in order to receive the latest information on products as well as offers;
  • Place orders
  • track your orders online.

We invite you to click on the “Lost” link in the “Your profile” section. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.

You have the option of no longer receiving our Gaprastore newsletter by clicking on the link ” Unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email you receive from us.

To place an order you just have to follow the next steps:

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Find your product.
Step 3: Click ‘Add to cart’.
Step 4: Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
Step 5: Fill in the necessary information and complete the payment.
Step 6: Make yourself a nice cup of tea and enjoy it while we process your order!

Payment is made via the secure server of our partner, Multisafepay, secure payment operator. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the site. Payment by credit card is therefore completely secure.

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. If the stock level is insufficient your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Once your order has been placed, it is impossible for us to modify it. Cancellation is possible insofar as the preparation of your order has not been started. To do this, we invite you to contact our Customer Service directly via the email address: info@gaprastore.com.

When your order is validated, it appears in the “Orders” section. You can then follow your order status own menu displayed on the line of your order.

The processing and preparation of orders are carried out from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Thus, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

We strive to send the goods you have ordered almost immediately after your order has been completed. This can take 5 to 7 business days. However, sometimes it can occur that a product is not in stock. When this is the case, you will be notified of the delay. We send the products starting on Monday mornings until Friday evenings. Please note that some postal services to not deliver on Mondays or on the weekends. This happens beyond our control

We deliver to the entire European Union.

This includes: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

We thank you for the confidence and hope that your order will give you complete satisfaction. If, however, for some reason, the product ordered does not fully meet your expectations, you have the possibility of exercising your right of return within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.

The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, no personalized item (in particular engraved) may be returned. Likewise, unsealed, opened and / or used products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

We suggest you immediately contact the customer service using the contact information. Take photos of the damaged goods and of the packaging. This way we can start an investigation at the post office.

If a product is missing from your order, we invite you to contact our Customer Service Department:

If your order didn’t arrive, we suggest you contact the customer service using the contact us page. Please select the related topic and fill in all of the information. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information about the issue. Please note that this can take up to 1 business days.

In the event of a return from you and if the returned product(s) is / are intact and in their original packaging(s), we will refund all payments received from your part, including the initial delivery costs. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product (s). We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction.
